Gwinnett County Law Enforcement Jobs Contract

This contract (“Contract”) is entered into as of [Insert Date] (“Effective Date”) by and between Gwinnett County Law Enforcement Department (“Department”), located at [Insert Address], and [Employee Name] (“Employee”), located at [Insert Address].
